Condolence: I grew up with Joann and have nice childhood memories of playing with her. I was so glad to hear that she moved into her mother's house and I planned to visit with her and renew our friendship but I did not have time. I have nice memories of seeing Joann at the Medicare where she worked with my Mother. She always had a smile to share when I saw her and she put a picture of us three girls (Joann, my sister and myself) on my Mother's bulletin board at the Medicare. This was a thoughtful gesture and shows what a kind and thoughtful person Joann was. She is now at peace with her husband, Jim, and Baby Nicky. Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: My prayers go out to all of Joann's family. I had the pleasure of working with Joann for 12 years at the Manor. Joann was with epitome of what a CNA should be. She was kind and gentle and those she cared for looked forward to seeing her daily. She lived that way outside of work and would drop what she was doing to help a friend in need. In my entire lifetime I have never met anybody so truly loyal, loving and good. She will be missed by all who knew her.
