Crystal Falls-Virginia “Ginny” Hebein, age 94, of Crystal Falls, passed away peacefully with her family be her side on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls, Mich.

She was born May 8, 1922 in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of the late Alfred and Hilda (Longauer) Lindermuth. Ginny grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Milwaukee High School, Class of 1940. She then worked with her father as a commercial artist.

In 1978 she joined her husband in Saudi Arabia where Frederick was employed by Zachid Catepillar. Following Frederick’s retirement, they made their home on Armstrong Lake in Mastadon Township.

Ginny enjoyed anything to do with art and crafts. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed watching sports.

Survivors include one daughter, Sandy (Dwight Gertsch) Hebein; three sons, Ken (Sarah) Hebein, Steve Hebein and Jeffrey Hebein; two grandsons, Devin (Haley) Hebein and Andrew Hebein; two granddaughters, Cynthia and Jamie and one great-granddaughter, River Hebein.
