Patsy L. Hinterlong (Graves)
Patsy L. Hinterlong, 73, of Amasa, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015, at Northstar Health Services, Iron River, Mich.
She was born October 11, 1941, in West Frankfort, Ill., daughter of the late Warren and Lavone (Barnard) Colclasure.
Patsy grew up in West Frankford; she married Robert Hinterlong on February 21, 1959, in Aurora, Ill., and they resided in Batavia, Ill. He preceded her in death on March 21, 2009. They resided in Batavia until 1990, at which time they moved to Amasa.
She enjoyed her flower beds and gardening. Patsy enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends and loved her two dogs dearly.
She is survived by one son, Robert (Kohn) Hinterlong, Crystal Falls, Mich.; three daughters, Janie Allen, Amasa, Roberta Armstrong, Crystal Falls and Misty Hinterlong, Caspian, Mich.; one sister, Imogene (Richard) Isbell, Batavia; ten grandchildren, Josh, Nakia, Ashley, Afton, Paige (Katie), Noel, Megan, Mary, Margaret and Moh; three great-grandchildren, Damian, Dante and Daniella and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 10, 2015, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, Amasa. Funeral Services will be Monday, 11:00 a.m. at the church. Rev. Michael Laakko will officiate.
