Thanks for the Smiles my Friend

You and I played baseball together and did quite a bit of hanging out when we were younger. We havn't kept in touch in recent years, but I'm sincerely grateful for the memories I have of you my friend. The loss I felt when I heard of your passing revealed itself in the past couple days while I have been tapping into the memory bank. Lots of memories of you and in all of them you are happy (except for the time you fell from the tree swing), kind, easy going, funny and many times just flat out a goof ball! That's why I've mostly had a smile on my face the past couple days while thinking of you, and for these and all the smiles before I say THANK YOU. Til we meet again . . . .
